Rapper Offset, former member of Atlanta hip-hop trio Migos, is in stable condition after being shot outside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Florida on Monday.
The incident occurred in a valet area, and authorities confirm two individuals have been detained as investigations continue.
