Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has shared a powerful testimony about her journey from a period of personal turmoil to rediscovering her faith. Speaking during a gospel ministration in Tanzania, she reflected on choices she now regrets and the transformative path that brought her back to God.

“There was a time I walked in darkness, doing things I knew were wrong. I got involved in cults and even worked with demonic forces. But God spoke to me and said, ‘I’ll bring you back and cleanse you.’ Today, I feel renewed and ready to serve His purpose,” Tonto revealed.

A Life-Changing Assignment

Tonto also shared her first assignment from God: cleaning His house. Though she initially hesitated, thinking the task was mundane, she soon realized it symbolized a deeper spiritual cleansing and a step into her calling.

“God showed me this was not just about cleaning a place. It was about preparing me to shine His light and serve others with purpose,” she explained.

Rededication and a New Identity

Late last year, Tonto publicly rededicated her life to Christ. As part of her spiritual journey, she now prefers to be called Evangelist Tonto Dikeh, a reflection of her renewed focus and commitment to faith.

Her testimony has inspired discussions online about redemption, faith, and the power of transformation, resonating with those who have faced challenges and are seeking hope.
