Nollywood actress Doris Ogala left many people surprised during a recent church gathering after sharing emotional and shocking details about her past, while also making revelations involving clergyman Chris Okafor.
While addressing the congregation, the actress described herself as extremely stubborn during her younger years. She recounted several dangerous experiences she survived, which she now believes happened because God still had a purpose for her life.
“I am the definition of stubborn. I have jumped from the roof to the bush, and God kept me alive. I have slept with two dead bodies inside the room, and I could have been killed the next day. But God said, ‘It’s not my time.’ I still have work to do for God. I am standing here today as a testimony,” she said.
Doris, who attended the service with her mother, also spoke emotionally about the role her mother has played in her life.
She described her mother as her hero, saying she never condemned her even during difficult moments when others judged her.
“If God hasn’t condemned you, nobody can; if He hasn’t written you off, nobody can. I love my mother; I live for my mother. I lost everything. My mother means a lot to me. Many condemned me, but my mother will never condemn me,” she said.
During her speech, the actress also drew attention to a woman she claimed had once been used to give a fake testimony involving Pastor Chris Okafor.
Her remarks come after a previous controversy in which she accused the clergyman of allegedly breaking promises to marry her following a relationship that reportedly began in 2017.
Concluding her testimony, Doris expressed her belief that her survival through many difficult experiences is proof that God still has plans for her life.
Her speech has since generated strong reactions online, with many people discussing her testimony, her personal struggles, and the allegations she raised.
