Nigerian singer Ayra Starr has sparked conversation after opening up about her spiritual beliefs and personal growth during a recent livestream with TikToker Jarvis.
The Mavin Records star said her spiritual goal is to strive toward being “as perfect as Jesus,” explaining that her faith is deeply personal and not limited to traditional religious practices.

“I am trying to be as perfect as Jesus. I have a close relationship with God and the Holy Spirit and it doesn’t come with me only being in church. God says let it be unto you according to your faith. I have found a way that works for me.”
