The lady, who goes by @snow_whiite_ on TikTok, shared that the last time she saw her brother was in 2013 during their father’s funeral. Since then, she had been unable to locate him but never gave up hope.
In the video, she excitedly announces that she has finally found her brother and expressed her commitment to caring for him.
