According to the woman who posted the video, the tenant had fully renovated the apartment. Problems began when the landlady started complaining about the number of visitors the tenant received daily.
After the tenant confronted the landlady for disrespecting her, she was served a quit notice, forcing her to vacate the property.

In the now-viral TikTok video, which has amassed over 200,000 likes, the tenant is seen removing all the items she had installed during the renovation. She also insisted on receiving her damage deposit in full, highlighting the emotional and financial strain caused by the eviction.
“She removed everything, down to the lights and sockets, and said she would lock the apartment because her one-year lease had not yet expired. She also insisted on collecting her caution and damage deposit, leaving the apartment exactly as she found it,” the female narrator explained.
