An American pastor has shared how his spiritual journey led him to Bishop David Oyedepo, founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, also known as Winners’ Chapel.
Seeking Guidance Across Continents

In a recent testimony, the pastor revealed that when he started his church 14 years ago, he prayed to avoid the challenges he had observed in some ministries in the United States. Feeling led to seek mentorship, he and his wife traveled to Nigeria to meet Bishop Oyedepo, describing the experience as spiritually transformative.
Witnessing Extraordinary Testimonies
The pastor said that during their visits, they regularly witnessed remarkable testimonies, including accounts of women over 60 giving birth to twins or triplets, sometimes with medical professionals present to confirm the events.
He noted that the faith-filled atmosphere and teachings at Winners’ Chapel reinforced his belief in the biblical principle: “All things are possible to them that believe.”
His Words
“When I started my church 14 years ago, I told the Lord I didn’t want the kind of mess I see in some ministries in America. So He led me to Bishop David Oyedepo. From the moment we arrived, I felt like I wasn’t even saved. The faith there makes the book of Acts look like Sunday school. My wife and I have visited over 17 times each. Every visit, we’ve witnessed at least two women over the age of 60 giving birth to twins or triplets, some without wombs. Doctors were present to confirm what we saw. Over there, they truly believe that when the scripture says ‘all things are possible to them that believe,’ it really is.”
The pastor’s testimony highlights the profound impact of faith and mentorship in shaping his ministry and personal belief system.
“I have been to Bishop David Oyedepo’s church for like 19 times. I witnessed two women give birth to twins and triplets and they didn’t have a womb and they were over 60 years old. Doctors were even there with X-rays to confirm.”
