The ongoing social media feud between influencer VeryDarkMan and content creator King Mitchy has taken another dramatic turn, with both parties staging shocking “death” announcements that have left followers confused and divided.
Earlier, VeryDarkMan’s management released a statement on his Instagram page announcing his supposed passing. The announcement came shortly after King Mitchy’s team had also claimed that she had died — a statement that was later withdrawn.
VeryDarkMan “Resurrects”
In a new video circulating online, VeryDarkMan appeared to “resurrect” from his alleged death, mimicking what many described as King Mitchy’s earlier “sniper stunt.” The move was widely seen as satire, escalating an already heated rivalry.
The conflict between the two began after King Mitchy renovated a school in Delta State and publicly challenged VeryDarkMan to undertake a similar project. In response, he accused her of being used as a political pawn to promote the image of Seyi Tinubu — a claim that triggered a back-and-forth exchange of accusations.
The situation intensified when King Mitchy’s management announced her death, only to later retract the statement. VeryDarkMan then appeared to mock the incident by staging his own fake death, complete with a mock burial ceremony.
Allegations and Denials
Amid the controversy, Seyi Tinubu has denied any wrongdoing. He stated that his involvement was limited to providing financial support to King Mitchy’s NGO and that he had no private dealings with her.
Adding another layer to the drama, King Mitchy’s alleged former cameraman recently released a video claiming that she fabricates aspects of her humanitarian work for social media attention.
The saga continues to unfold online, with supporters and critics on both sides debating authenticity, influence, and accountability in the digital space.
