A user on X has shared a painful experience about what happened after he chose to forgive his girlfriend for cheating.
The user, known as @Blacko, revealed that he caught his ex-girlfriend cheating on him three different occasions.
Man forgives cheating girlfriend
According to him, despite catching her red-handed, she initially denied the accusations before eventually admitting to them. Even with the betrayal and what he described as her disrespectful attitude, he said he chose to forgive her because he genuinely cared about her.
“I forgave you because I liked you. You also had a very bad attitude and were very disrespectful, but I still stayed,” he wrote.
Painful discovery after forgiveness
However, things took another painful turn when he later discovered that she was still communicating with the same man she had cheated on him with.
Frustrated by the situation, he said he decided to cut off all contact with her for the sake of his peace of mind.
“Now I’ve blocked you everywhere for my peace of mind, but you want everyone to believe that I’m the bad one? It’s really fine,” he added.
