The man, identified as @musco-grins on X, had earlier shared updates about his wife’s condition and the sacrifices he was making to save her life.

In a previous tweet, he expressed gratitude to users who supported him and revealed plans to temporarily deactivate his account. He also disclosed that he was in the hospital, preparing to donate his kidney to his wife in a desperate attempt to save her.
“I want to say thank you to everyone who has supported me on this app. I’ll be deactivating my account for now. I’m currently in the hospital to donate my kidney to my woman because she is sick,” he wrote.
Sadly, in a later update, he announced that she did not survive.
“Jesus, she didn’t survive. She took my kidney with her. 😭💔,” he posted, expressing his deep grief.
