A laboratory worker has recounted a disturbing experience after a pregnant woman allegedly attempted to alter her test results in order to hide the true timeline of her pregnancy.

According to her, the woman visited the lab for a pregnancy test which returned positive. A scan later confirmed she was already several weeks pregnant.

The lab worker explained that the woman then made an unusual request — asking that the result be “backdated” to reduce the number of weeks recorded.

In her words:

“Imagine a woman coming to do a pregnancy test, and it came out positive. After the scan showed she was weeks gone, she said she wanted the result to be backdated.”

She further alleged that the woman insisted the pregnancy weeks be reduced from about eight weeks to four or five weeks.

When questioned, the woman reportedly confessed that the pregnancy did not belong to her husband and wanted the dates adjusted so it would align with another partner.

“She said the pregnancy is not for her husband and begged the sonographer to help her backdate it so it would match her man. She even threatened to take her life if we refused,” she added.

The sonographer reportedly refused the request, stating that medical records are digitally stored and cannot be altered.

The woman allegedly left the facility angrily but later returned the next day claiming another lab had agreed to alter her results.

The incident has sparked widespread reactions online, with many expressing concern over medical ethics, relationship trust, and the dangerous lengths some individuals may go to conceal infidelity.
