Eniola Badmus has responded forcefully after a social media user accused her of acting as a private pimp for top politicians and movie executives.
The allegation surfaced on X (formerly Twitter), where a user claimed that the actress allegedly connects young women with influential politicians, directors, and movie executives. The post further suggested that she gained entry into the political space through such networks and alleged that some young women had been exploited through these supposed connections.
Reacting to the claims, Eniola Badmus dismissed them as entirely false and defamatory. She made it clear that she would not ignore the accusations and warned that authorities would take action.
In her response, she wrote:
“This is the attention you’ve been craving for, so let’s get into it…. This is a false accusation, and authorities will step in….. Let it be known that we do not forgive in this zone.”
This is not the first time the actress has faced similar allegations. In 2023, a TikToker identified as Ego made comparable claims against her. The matter later escalated legally, with the case proceeding before a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos.
The latest controversy has generated mixed reactions online. While some social media users have urged restraint and called for credible evidence before making such serious accusations, others have highlighted the potential legal consequences of defamation in the digital age.
With her firm rebuttal and previous legal action, Eniola Badmus appears prepared once again to defend her reputation through appropriate legal channels.
