Nollywood actress Witney John has sparked reactions online after emotionally accusing a man she trusted of removing her name from land documents they allegedly purchased together.
In a video shared on her social media page, the actress was seen in tears as she recounted how the situation unfolded. According to her, the issue began during the documentation process for the property.
She claimed that despite contributing financially to the purchase, the man listed only his name on the official receipt, completely excluding hers.
“The man I trusted and bought land with… when it was time to get the receipt, he put only his name and removed mine. I can’t take this anymore,” she said tearfully.
Clearly overwhelmed, she described the situation as a painful betrayal, noting that she had placed full trust in him.
