The Senate is on fire. And Adams Oshiomhole just poured the fuel. 🔥

In a video that is already spreading like wildfire, the former Edo governor directly told Senate President Godswill Akpabio to resign. Not later. Now. 🗣️

His reason? Akpabio is trying to change the Senate rules. But here is the kicker — the new rule would disqualify Akpabio himself. 😬

The proposal says anyone who wants to be Senate President must have spent eight consecutive years in the Senate. Oshiomhole argues that Akpabio has not. So if the rule passes, the man presiding right now would not be qualified to preside at all. 🪑

“Those rules that enabled David Mark to preside for eight years, what is wrong with them? Those rules that enabled this Senate President to contest, what is wrong with them? Why changing it now?” Oshiomhole asked, his voice rising. 💥

He accused the leadership of trying to bend the rules for personal gain. And he made it clear  he has no fear. “If other people are afraid, I’m not afraid. I’m only afraid of my creator,” he declared. 💪🏽

Then he closed with a line that is already everywhere online: “I’ve seen whether you tell the lie or you tell the truth, the date of death, you cannot adjust it either forward or backward.” 💀

Akpabio has not responded. The Senate has not reacted. But the video is out.
