A Nigerian man has shared a painful story about his colleague, Ikenna. And it is breaking hearts.
Ikenna sold his Toyota Camry to send his wife through law school. He paid for her bar exam. He gave her a monthly allowance. He did everything to make sure she succeeded.
While she was studying, he took a tricycle to work every day. In the rain. Under the sun. He even skipped lunch sometimes. All so she could have what she needed.
She finished. She became a lawyer. She started practicing.
Her first big case? Divorce papers. Served to him.
During the proceedings, Ikenna stayed calm. He kept everything private. He didn’t drag her online. He just sat quietly while she used everything he gave her against him.
