A lady has sparked a major conversation online after revealing why she backed out of her friend’s wedding asoebi plans.
She was excited when the bride invited her to be part of the bridal train. Then she heard the price. ₦200,000 with gele. ₦150,000 without. She started calculating. Sewing, shoes, makeup, and other expenses. The total was climbing above ₦250,000.
Then things got worse. The bridal group was asked to contribute ₦50,000 each for a gift for the bride. That was her breaking point.
