Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has sparked widespread reactions online after sharing his views on relationships, commitment, and infidelity during a recent appearance on The Honest Bunch podcast.
Speaking on the show, the actor argued that a woman who is truly in love will remain deeply committed and stand by her partner through challenges. According to him, many men remain in relationships with partners who do not genuinely love them.

“If you come across a woman that loves you, that is invested in you, she can take a bullet for you. The problem is that many men are with women that don’t love them, wasting their time,” he said.
He further claimed that once a woman begins to cheat in a relationship, it is a sign that she has emotionally checked out.
“Once a woman begins to cheat, she has checked out. Her brain has checked out, her emotions have checked out,” he added.
Yul also advised men to be firm and set clear boundaries in relationships, insisting that respect is tied to strength and decisiveness.
“Your wife or girlfriend must know there are lines they cannot cross, and that crossing them will end the relationship. Women don’t love weak men,” he said.
His comments have since generated mixed reactions online, with some agreeing with his perspective while others criticised his generalisation about women and relationships.
