Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has opened up about her views on marriage and motherhood, revealing that she has emotionally moved on from the idea of getting married again, despite still hoping to have a daughter someday.
Speaking during a livestream with TikTok personality Jarvis, the actress shared personal thoughts about family, relationships, and her current emotional state.
Regina disclosed that the last time she saw her children was last year, adding that she believes they will reunite again soon.
“The last time I saw my children was last year. I know one day, I’ll see them again, very soon,” she said.
The actress further admitted that, for personal reasons, she no longer sees herself getting married again.
“But for some reason, I have checked my mind out of getting married,” she added.
However, Regina noted that she still strongly desires to have a girl child, explaining that she believes motherhood is experienced differently when raising a daughter.
“I’m yet to have a girl and I must have a girl child. I feel like you’d understand motherhood better when you have a girl child,” she said.
Recall that the actress reportedly separated from her husband, Ned Nwoko, in October last year following a widely discussed marital crisis.
Her recent comments have since generated reactions online, with many fans expressing sympathy and sharing opinions on marriage, parenting, and emotional healing.
