A newly married pregnant woman has taken to social media to express her heartbreak over a sudden change in her husband’s behavior just four months into their marriage.
The woman, identified as Chiamaka Maryjane, shared her experience on Facebook, revealing that she became pregnant while dating her husband. According to her, the pregnancy led to a quick wedding before her baby bump became noticeable.
Chiamaka explained that her pregnancy journey has been particularly challenging. She said she has been dealing with constant vomiting, fatigue, excessive salivation, and heightened sensitivity to smells, all of which have significantly affected her daily life and physical appearance.
One issue that has left her deeply worried is her husband’s apparent reluctance to kiss her since they got married.
According to her, the same man who once enjoyed kissing her during their courtship now avoids it completely. She revealed that whenever she attempts to kiss him during intimate moments, he often turns his face away.
Sharing her concerns, she wrote:
“Ever since I married my husband, he hasn’t kissed me.
My marriage is just four months old. I got pregnant while we were dating, and he quickly married me before my baby bump started showing.
This pregnancy has really dealt with me. I am always vomiting, I don’t like the smell of perfumes, and I often feel too tired to even take my bath.
Sometimes, I can stay two days without bathing. I am also constantly salivating and have to carry a small container around to spit into.
This pregnancy has changed me completely. My skin looks rough, and my mouth is always filled with saliva.
Recently, I noticed that whenever my husband and I are intimate and I try to kiss him, he immediately turns his face away.
This is the same man who loved kissing me before we got married, but for almost four months now, he hasn’t kissed me once.
I confronted him about it, but he simply said he wasn’t in the mood to kiss.
I am not happy about it. Is my mouth smelling? Is it because of the excessive saliva caused by the pregnancy?
I love being kissed by my husband, but since we got married, he has stopped.
How do I handle this? Please help a newly married young woman.”
