Fulham are reportedly making a strong push to make Samuel Chukwueze’s stay at Craven Cottage permanent, with talks underway with AC Milan ahead of the summer transfer window.

According to reports from Bold Sports, the Premier League side have indicated their intention to activate the purchase option in the Nigerian winger’s loan deal. The clause is believed to be around €24 million, with potential add-ons taking the fee up to €28 million.

Chukwueze is said to be open to a permanent move, showing a willingness to continue his career in England if a formal offer is lodged. For Milan, the transfer would allow the Italian club to recoup a sizable portion of their investment, while also easing competition for places within their squad.

While nothing has been officially finalised, sources suggest both clubs are aligned and a deal could be reached once Fulham make their approach official. With Chukwueze’s pace and creativity proving a hit in the Premier League, a permanent move seems increasingly likely.
