A lady has sparked conversations on social media after narrating how her colleague returned a ₦3 million transfer sent by his wife — all because of the wording attached to the payment.
According to her, the man initially thought the money was a surprise gift. He became emotional and appreciative after receiving the alert. He praised his wife endlessly and even became extra loving in the bedroom.
Then he checked his banking app properly.
That was when he saw what the money was actually for.
His attitude changed immediately. He transferred the money back to his wife with a short rejection note.
The internet is divided.
