A Nigerian man has taken to social media to pour out his heart over the country’s crushing economic situation and his words are hitting home for many. 😢
According to him, he did everything right. He travelled all the way from Abuja to Edo State just to cast his vote for Peter Obi.
But at the end of the day, they declared Tinubu the winner. And now? He’s suffering just like everyone else. 😩
“If I didn’t vote Tinubu and I’m suffering this much, wetin concern me?” That’s the question on his mind. 🤷🏽♂️ He travelled, he stood in line, he made his choice but the election outcome didn’t reflect his voice. And yet, the hardship doesn’t know the difference between who you voted for. 💔
He went on to list the everyday struggles that are driving many Nigerians mad. First, the electricity situation. He said NEPA will bring light at 5am for just a few minutes after the heat has already finished you at midnight.
No fan, no sleep, just pure frustration in the dark. Then he dropped a painful detail: “I have rashes all over my body.” 🤕💊 From heat, from stress, from just trying to survive.
His final words? Heavy. “We’re living in madness. Most Nigerian youths are so useless because they can’t revolt.” 😤🗣️ A hard statement, but one born from deep frustration. He’s not just complaining he’s questioning why the people keep accepting the suffering in silence. 🛑
This is not about politics anymore. It’s about a man who did what he thought was right, and still woke up to the same harsh reality as everyone else. No light. No relief. Just rashes, heat, and a heavy heart. 💔🇳🇬
