Popular content creator Kiekie has revealed that she lived with her husband, Tunji Ilori, for four months before their wedding.
Speaking during a chat with Toke Makinwa, she explained that the decision wasn’t planned — it was simply a practical move.
Her rent had expired, and with their wedding already set for January, she saw no reason to renew it for just a few months 💭
“Why pay another rent?”
She added that their traditional rites had already been completed, so moving in temporarily made sense at the time.
Interestingly, Kiekie revealed that the experience didn’t really change anything between them — mainly because both of them were always busy and hardly at home.
She also admitted that the church wasn’t aware of the arrangement back then 👀
