Nigerian rapper and singer Ice Prince has opened up about his past smoking habits, revealing the staggering amount of money he spent on cannabis before deciding to quit.

Speaking during a recent podcast interview, the artiste disclosed that between 2020 and 2026, he spent an estimated ₦340 million on weed from just one dealer alone.

According to him, the figure does not even include purchases made from other suppliers in locations such as Abuja, Jos, Ghana, and London.

Reflecting on that phase of his life, Ice Prince explained that he eventually decided to stop smoking and drinking alcohol as part of a personal transformation focused on self-discipline, improved wellbeing, and weight loss.

In his words:

“From 2020 to 2026, I have spent N340 million on weed from just one dealer alone, not to even mention my other dealers from Abuja, Ghana, Jos, and London. This is just one dealer, who lives close to me in Lagos.”

The rapper added that the decision marked a turning point in his lifestyle and personal growth journey.

He also revealed that he has remained celibate for a period of time, describing it as part of his commitment to discipline, self-discovery, and becoming a better version of himself.
