The Ilebaye family saga continues. And this time, her mother is speaking out. 🗣️
Ms Lami Calista has denied all the allegations her ex-husband made against their daughter. She said Ilebaye never abandoned him. In fact, she has spent millions on his medical care.
According to the mother, right after BBNaija, Ilebaye gave her father ₦7 million for his treatment in India. Last year, she gave another ₦5 million. When he asked for more, she sent extra ₦3 million. That is ₦15 million in total. Plus ₦1 million she sends him regularly. 💰
She also pays school fees for her younger brothers. Millions more.
The mother is clearly frustrated. “Must she give him all her money? How much did he spend when she went to Big Brother? Is he not ashamed?” 😤
She also denied the drug accusation against Ilebaye. She explained that her younger brother found an empty shisha pen in Ilebaye’s room and took it to school out of curiosity. No drugs. No introduction.
“Is Ilebaye stupid to give a 14-year-old drugs?” she asked.
On the cosmetic surgery claims, she said it’s a lie. “Look at her old pictures. Does she look different?”
Now the internet is divided. Some believe the mother. Others stand with the father. Many are just exhausted by the drama.
