Mayowa Lambe speaks on love, disrespect, and why she can switch off feelings instantly

Social media personality Mayowa Lambe has sparked fresh conversation online after opening up about how she handles love and emotional boundaries in relationships.

Her comments come amid renewed attention on her past relationship with Roby Ekpo, who recently made public claims about their breakup during an appearance on the Honest Bunch podcast.

But in her own response, Mayowa shared a very direct view of how she experiences love — describing it as all or nothing.

According to her, when she falls in love, she becomes deeply invested and emotionally absorbed, even when there are clear reasons she should walk away. However, she explained that everything changes the moment disrespect enters the picture.

In her words, disrespect is a “switch button.” Once she feels crossed in that way, her emotions shut down completely and the attachment disappears instantly.

She stressed that she does not operate with half feelings or in-between emotions.

“It’s either I love you or I don’t. There is no middle ground,” she explained.
