Their mother, Halima Cisse, delivered them at just 30 weeks via caesarean section. The five girls are named Adama, Oumou, Hawa, Kadidia and Fatouma. The four boys are Mohammed, Bah, Elhadji and Oumar. Combined, their total weight at birth was only 5.4 kilogrammes. That is less than some single babies. 🥺💔
Here is the wildest part. Doctors initially expected only seven babies based on ultrasound scans. But in the operating theatre, two more arrived.
