Big Brother Naija winner Ijeoma Otebor, popularly known as Phyna, has opened up about her body transformation journey following her recent cosmetic surgery.
The reality star, who previously revealed plans to enhance her body, confirmed she underwent a 360 liposuction and BBL procedure — and says she has no regrets about the decision.
Sharing an update with fans, Phyna posted a video of her first post-surgery massage, describing the experience as eye-opening.
“First massage… now I understand why people don’t stop talking about it. Finally did it. No regrets,” she said.
Addressing critics, she explained that she had initially tried achieving her desired body through the gym but found it difficult due to constant distractions, including people approaching her and recording videos during workouts.
Her latest update has reignited conversations online, especially given her earlier stance where she mentioned she hadn’t altered her body at the time but was open to future procedures.
