A viral video has captured the shocking moment a giant snake was discovered on a church roof while worshippers were singing and praising God.
The incident caused immediate panic. Members looked upward in disbelief, hoping the snake would leave on its own. But it didn’t.
Instead, some members took action. One person used a long stick to strike the snake down. Others held planks and stood firm, determined to kill it.
The dramatic scene has since sparked widespread reactions online.
One person wrote: “The same snake that gave Eve apple and led us to this, wants to repent and came for service, una still no allow am listen to sermon finish before una plank am.”
Another said: “Nawa ooo. I can imagine when it fell down how everyone will scatter. I hope they killed it without biting anyone.”
Someone else added: “The name JESUS is the name above every other name. As they were exalting the name of Jesus, the snake could not strike. Father, thank You for giving us JESUS.”
A different voice said: “Omo, this is very terrible. Thank God it was killed. But people should have left that place entirely so that after killing it, they could come back and start their worship.”
