Former Big Brother Naija winner Phyna has finally broken her silence after a viral video showed her working at a restaurant as a salesgirl.
The video, filmed by streamer Davrel, caught Phyna serving customers. She looked uncomfortable and asked why she was being recorded.
Then the internet started talking. People mocked her. They asked what happened to her BBNaija fame and money.
Now Phyna has responded. And her answer is honest.
She said life has changed since her win. Brands no longer want influencers the way they used to. Endorsement deals are dry. A 9-5 job is hard to get, and even if she gets one, the pay is nothing.
So she chose to work honestly instead of faking a luxurious lifestyle online.
“What is wrong if I am actually working as a sales girl or a waiter at a restaurant? Why the bashing online?”
