Controversial influencer VeryDarkMan has opened up about his recent clash with fellow influencer King Mitchy, shedding more light on the controversy surrounding their dispute over NGO funds.
The feud, which dominated social media last week, escalated dramatically after King Mitchy consumed a cleaning substance during a livestream amid intense online backlash. The incident sparked widespread concern and debate, with many pointing fingers over what led to the situation.
VeryDarkMan Shares His Side
In a recent video, VeryDarkMan claimed that the entire episode was a deliberate and carefully planned attempt to damage his reputation.
According to him, the goal was to portray him as the villain responsible for pushing Mitchy to harm herself. He suggested that the situation could have resulted in serious legal consequences for him.
“This matter was supposed to send me to prison. It was supposed to cancel me completely,” he said. “They used the right person for the attack — someone seen as doing good for people. It was a deliberate and well-planned attempt to destroy me.”
He further claimed that had he been asleep at the time Mitchy took the substance — which he said occurred around 2 a.m. — the narrative could have spiraled out of control by morning.
“If I had been asleep when it happened, by the next day everything would have scattered. The story would have grown, and I might have been arrested,” he stated, adding that he believed divine intervention saved him from a worse outcome.
VeryDarkMan also explained that his own decision to replicate the act on social media was meant to highlight what he described as a staged situation.
The dispute between the two influencers continues to generate heated reactions online, with supporters and critics on both sides debating accountability, online feuds, and the impact of social media conflicts.
