A Nigerian lady has sparked reactions online after discovering that her husband refused to cut his hair with any other barber — because his regular barber was away mourning his father.
She sent him to get a haircut. He came back looking exactly the same. When she asked why, he said his barber traveled due to a family bereavement.
She suggested he find another barber. He refused. “It doesn’t work like that,” he said.
She was left confused. “So you will carry your head like that until your barber returns? You people are so weird.”
The internet is laughing. One person wrote: “A man’s loyalty to his barber is stronger than some marriages.” Another said: “She doesn’t understand. This is a sacred bond.” 😂
