A man has generated widespread reactions online after stating that he would never date a woman who previously had a relationship with a suspected internet fraudster, popularly known as a “Yahoo boy.”

“I can never date a girl who has dated a yahoo boy before. Many girls who have dated a yahoo boy before have no character or dignity. That kind of girl is lured by money only. She likes money, and I can’t trust that kind of girl.”

The internet is divided.

Some people agree with him. One person wrote: “He is right. Many girls stay with Yahoo boys because of the money, not love. When the money stops, they leave.”

Another said: “A woman who dates a fraudster has no integrity. She will sell you out for cash.”

But others disagree. A different voice said: “People change. You cannot judge someone forever based on their past.”

Someone else added: “By this logic, no one who ever made a mistake deserves a second chance. That is unfair.”

Another person said: “There are women who dated Yahoo boys because they were young and naive. They grew up and changed.”

The debate has reignited conversations about internet fraud culture, materialism, and trust in relationships. Some argue that relationships built around money rarely last. Others insist that individuals should not be judged solely by who they dated in the past.

What do you think Β is he right or too judgmental?
