A man has shared the reason he ended his relationship and asked his girlfriend to move out of his home, citing ongoing disagreements over hygiene and household habits.
According to him, the issues began when he noticed that his girlfriend regularly placed her underwear on top of his television set to dry. He said the habit made him uncomfortable, especially as it happened repeatedly despite having other suitable spaces in the house.
Describing one of the incidents, he recalled confronting her after seeing multiple pieces of underwear spread across the television. He said she defended the practice, explaining that the heat from the TV helped the items dry faster.
He also alleged that the situation was not limited to that habit alone, adding that dirty dishes were sometimes left unwashed for several days.
The man said he initially hoped things would improve after several discussions, but the behaviours continued without change.
Eventually, he made the decision to end the arrangement and asked her to move out of the apartment.
After she left, he said he spent several days cleaning and reorganising the space, including washing items, rearranging furniture, and airing out the apartment.
