Celebrity socialite Cubana Chief Priest has stirred reactions online after claiming that Grammy-winning singer Burna Boy is jealous of his close relationship with fellow music star Davido.
Recall that Cubana Chief Priest and Burna Boy were previously involved in a public online feud last year, with both personalities exchanging words on social media.
Speaking during a recent conversation, the socialite alleged that Burna Boy’s growing interest in the nightlife and club business in Lagos was influenced by their rivalry.
According to him, the singer’s decision to invest in clubs came as a reaction to his own influence in the nightlife scene and his friendship with Davido.
Cubana Chief Priest further revealed that he decided to venture into music himself to prove that he could succeed in any field he chooses.
“Burna Boy is jealous of my relationship with Davido so he’s now investing in the nightlife business and owning clubs in Lagos,” he said.
“I decided to go into music to show him I can do whatever I want to do.”
