Reality TV star Phyna has spoken honestly about life after her Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery, revealing that the experience has not given her the confidence she expected.
In a recent conversation with content creator Carter Efe, she admitted that the decision to undergo the procedure came from personal insecurities and pressure from beauty standards often seen online.
According to her, instead of feeling more confident, she has been dealing with discomfort and regret since the surgery.
“Since I did BBL, I’ve never had peace. I can’t even breathe well. I’m always tying my body. I did it because of my insecurities… I saw ladies with flat stomachs and wanted mine to look like that too,” she said.
Her confession has since sparked conversations online about the pressure women face to look a certain way, and how cosmetic surgery can sometimes come with emotional and physical consequences.
