“They’re Making ADC Popular” — Momodu Criticises APC Moves

Media personality Dele Momodu has criticised the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), stating that recent political actions by the party may be strengthening the opposition.

Speaking during an interview, Momodu raised concerns about the heavy presence of security officials at a past political convention, suggesting that such priorities could affect national security focus.

He also described the conditions surrounding a recent political gathering as inadequate but noted that the situation may have unintentionally drawn more attention and sympathy toward the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

According to him, the current political climate is beginning to align major opposition figures, including Peter Obi, Rabiu Kwankwaso, Atiku Abubakar, Aminu Tambuwal, and Rotimi Amaechi.

In his words, he suggested that instead of weakening opposition forces, the current developments may be pushing them closer together.

Momodu further hinted that the situation could reshape the political landscape ahead of future elections, as alliances begin to form across party lines.

His remarks have since sparked conversations online, with Nigerians debating whether the ruling party’s strategy is backfiring or simply part of a broader political game.
