Nigerian businessman Olakunle Churchill has reacted to the viral claims that he and Rosy Meurer are heading for a divorce — and he’s shutting it down completely.

In a statement shared online, Churchill made it clear that the whole “divorce” talk doesn’t even make sense.

“We were never married… there was no church wedding, no court wedding. It was just an introduction,” he said.

According to him, since there was no legally recognised marriage, the idea of a divorce is baseless from the start.

He also questioned the documents circulating online, insisting he was never officially served anything.

“I was never served… so what exactly is being presented to the public?” he added.

Churchill didn’t stop there — he threw subtle shade at those behind the rumours, suggesting wrong advice and questionable legal moves are fueling the narrative.

The statement comes as speculation grew after Rosy Meurer reappeared online without using his name and without her wedding ring, which got people talking.

He also briefly mentioned his past with Tonto Dikeh, saying whatever issues they had were settled privately.

For now, Churchill insists there’s no marriage — and definitely no divorce.
